Faculty Member Participates in Western History Association Conference

On October 5 and 6, Dr. Juti Winchester attended the 52nd Annual Conference of the Western History Association in Denver, Colorado.  There were many interesting sessions, but some of the most useful were the ones sponsored by the Library of Congress that demonstrated and discussed resources for using primary sources in teaching undergraduate-level history.  The audiences for these jam-packed sessions included librarians, archivists, and professors, who shared websites, strategies, and their success stories in bringing students together with historical documents, photographs, and other interesting materials.
